Tamarind Mezcal Mule: The Beautiful Balance Of Tang And Sweet

Smoky agave-based mezcal with tamarind syrup, topped with ginger beer is a balanced and super quick cocktail you can make in no time! 

Ingredients

1 ounce tamarind syrup 2 ounces mezcal Ginger beer - to top off the glass 

Step 1

First assemble all the ingredients and equipment. 

Step 2

To make the cocktail, first add ice to the shaker, followed by the mezcal and tamarind syrup.

Step 3

Stir the three vigorously and strain into rock glasses. Top it off with chilled ginger beer. 

Step 4

Strain into cocktail glass, garnish as desired and serve chilled.
