Indulge in the rich and creamy delight of blackcurrant ice cream, with its luscious blend of tangy blackcurrant flavour and smooth, velvety texture.
200 gms black currant 2 tbsp maple syrup 1.5 cups heavy whipping cream 1.5 cup milk 1/2 cup maple syrup 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 1.4 tsp salt
Take a pan and add black currant and maple syrup cook on a medium heat until it is all mixed
Now let it cool down. Add cream, milk, maple syrup, vanilla and salt in an ice cream maker.
Churn accordingly. Add the black current mixture to it and mix. Now freeze it in an airtight container.
When it’s done Scoop out and serve it in cones or bowls. Enjoy!
