Made with the ultra-hydrating ice apple that is known to possess cooling properties, this tadgola cooler is the perfect way to infuse indigenous and seasonal produce into beverages. Enjoy sipping on this cooler during a hot summer afternoon and drive away the summer sluggishness.
2 tadgola, peeled 3 cups ice water Juice of 2 lemons 1 sprig mint leaves 1 teaspoon sugar ½ teaspoon kala namak 1 tablespoon sabja seeds Ice cubes
Dice the peeled tadgola into small pieces and set aside while you soak the sabja seeds in some water.
Allow them to swell slightly before combining with the lemon juice, kala namak, sugar and mint leaves.
Add some ice cubes to a glass, followed by the tadgola pieces and sabja mixture.
Top up with iced water and serve chilled.
