Sushmita is a self-confessed foodie, who still likes to eat healthy and clean. The actress is very fond of Sushi and if you want to replicate her diet, here is a home-made sushi recipe that you will really like.
Sushi rice (about 2 cups, cooked and seasoned with rice vinegar, sugar, and salt) Nori sheets Fresh salmon fillet Cucumber, julienned into thin strips Wasabi paste Soy sauce Bamboo sushi rolling mat Plastic wrap
Lay a sheet of nori on a bamboo mat, shiny side down. Spread seasoned sushi rice over the nori, leaving an inch at the top.

Place thin salmon slices and cucumber strips on the rice. Roll the mat, tucking in the fillings as you go. Seal the roll with a dab of water on the nori edge.

Use a moistened knife to slice the roll into bite-sized pieces. Present the sushi with soy sauce, a touch of wasabi.
