A lot of people are switching to vegan diet. Some due to their beliefs and lifestyle and some due to health reasons. If you are just transitioning to a vegan diet, here are some tips for you.
Start slow and do not go cold turkey from the beginning. Ease into the diet slowly.
Eat your favourite vegan foods that you have already been eating and you enjoy. That will help you get used to the diet.
Although it is a myth that plant-based diet does not fulfil your protein requirement, you need to make sure you are consuming just enough during transition.
Stock up vegan healthy snacks, so that even when you want to munch on something, it does not deviate you from your diet.
Keep a positive, healthy attitude and always remember why you chose vegan diet. That helps sticking to it.
