Himalayan Black Salt 

Also known as kala namak, the goodness of this locally-found salt is that it lends your vegan dishes like a tofu scramble or tofu patties an egg-like flavour. 

Flaxseeds & Chia Seeds 

These super seeds contain good amounts of fibre as well as minerals and are perfect for smoothies, sautéed veggies and more. In fact, you can replace eggs with them during baking.

Providing your meatless meals a bean base is nothing short of a delight. Beans like black beans are soaked overnight and utilized the next day.
