A glass of sweet lassi is what you need on a hot day. You can have it for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and instantly, make your meal nutritious, gut-friendly, and hydrating. Check out the recipe.
1 cup milk 2 cups curd 1 tsp cardamom powder 4-5 tbsp sugar 6 ice cubes 8-10 saffron strands 1 tbsp chopped nuts
Crush green cardamoms while you refrigerate the curd to cool off.
Use a hand blender or a madani to whisk curd until you have a smooth blend.
Pour milk and churn again. You can add sugar at this point.
Add ice cubes, cardamom, nuts, and saffron.
Mix the ingredients again. Make sure the consistency of the lassi is thick.
Serve the lassi with paratha or a complete meal.
