This delectable concoction offers a harmonious fusion of flavors and textures, as the natural sugars in sweet potatoes complement the nuttiness of tahini and the zing of garlic and lemon juice. 2 medium sweet potatoes 2 tbsp olive oil ½ tsp chilli flakes 1 tsp paprika pwder 3 garlic cloves 2 tbsp tahini 2 tsp lemon juice

Pre heat an oven at 200-degree Celcius for 5 minutes

Wash, peel and cut the sweet potatoes in small cubes

Place them on a baking tray and drizzle some olive oil. Roast them for 30-35 minutes.
