400 gm grated paneer 1/2 cup milk powder 300 gm condensed milk 1/2 cup full cream milk 1/4 cup sugar 1 dash powdered green cardamom.
Start by boiling the milk. When the milk is boiling add grated Paneer. Cook well until the mixture thickens.
Now in a pan add condensed milk and stir simultaneously. Add milk powder, sugar and cardamom powder.
Mix super well to avoid lumps and cook the mixture till it thickens.
Let the mixture rest for some time. Now take a big tray and spread out the mixture evenly.
Keep the thickness of the barfis as desired. Now Let the mixture cool down in fridge completely.
Now cut the barfis accordingly, garnish with dry fruits and serve!
