It is one of the festivals when sweet delicacies are prepared at every home. Holi sweets and snacks are loved by many and are a means to show off culinary skills.

Rasmalai

It is made with balls of cottage cheese simmered in thick milk syrup. It can be served both hot and cold. Besides you can add saffron and pistachios to add flavour to your Rasmalai.

Besan Laddoo

As the name suggests, Besan Laddoo is made from Besan. The one best thing is that you don’t have to worry about the quality of mawa. It can be stored for longer periods.

Bhang Gujiya

To try bhang innovatively, you can make bhang gujiya by adding cannabis powder to mawa. You can also knead it in the dough, in that case, the gujiya will look green.

Kheer
