Ingredients

1 ½ cups oat flour 1 tsp baking powder 2 scoops protein powder (flavoured) ¼ tsp salt 1 tsp ground cinnamon 1 egg 2 tsp vanilla extract 1/2 cup brown sugar 1 banana 4 tbsp coconut oil Chocolate chips

Step 1

Take a bowl and add oats flour to it. Add baking powder, protein powder, salt, and ground Cinnamon to a bowl. Mix well.

Step 2

Then, combine egg, vanilla extract, brown sugar, apple sauce, and melted coconut in a bowl. Mix well.

Step 3

Slowly add dry ingredients to your wet ingredients and mix everything together.

Step 4

Now, add in chocolate chips. Cover the dough and put it in the fridge for at least 1 to 2 hours.

Step 5

Line the baking pan with parchment paper and place the dough balls with sufficient space in between.

Step 6

Bake them for 6 to 7 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius. When done, serve fresh from the oven.
