Sweet Corn Chaat For Weight-Loss

Trying to lose weight? Here is a delicious and low-calorie corn chaat for you.

Ingredients

2 cup sweet corn kernels, 2 garlic cloves, 1 inch ginger, 1 bay leaf, 1 tsp black peppercorns, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 cup onion, 1/2 cup tomato, 1 tsp green chilli, 1/4 cup green onion,2 tsp fresh coriander, 2 tsp lemon juice, 1 tsp butter, 1 tsp red chili powder, 1 tsp cumin powder, 1 tsp chaat masala, 1/2 tsp black pepper powder, salt to taste

Step 1

Boil water in a saucepan along with ginger, garlic, black peppercorns, bay leaf, and salt.

Step 2

Then add corn kernels. Boil them till they are tender and cooked.

Step 3

Next, transfer boiled corn kernels to a colander. Drain all the water. Add butter to the warm corn and mix nicely. Set it aside.

Step 4

Combine sweet corn kernels, chopped onion, garlic, green chili, green onion spices, salt, lemon juice, and fresh coriander. Mix nicely and enjoy.
