Sweet Binge With This......

This  ideal dessert is tasty , gooey chocolate lava cake topped with delicious strawberry sauce.

Ingredients

1 cup frozen strawberries 1/4 cup water 1 Tbsp honey Pinch of salt 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips 1 Tbsp coconut oil 2 eggs Pinch of salt ¼ tsp vanilla extract 1/4 cup maple syrup 2 Tbsp coconut sugar 1 Tbsp dark cocoa powder 2 Tbsp almond flour 1 Tbsp coconut flour 2 fresh strawberries 1 tsp powdered sugar

Step 1

Take a saucepan and boil frozen strawberries, water, honey and salt. Simultaneously mash strawberries

Step 2

Break them down into a nice thick mixture. When done cool the strawberries down.

Step 3

Now Preheat oven to 450°F. Grease ramekins with coconut oil and set aside.

Step 4

Take a microwave safe bowl, add in the chocolate chips and coconut oil & microwave it for  30-second.

Step 5

Stir the melted chocolate and smooth. Set melted chocolate aside to cool.

Step 6

Take a bowl, whisk eggs add  salt, vanilla, maple syrup, coconut sugar, cocoa powder, and melted chocolate.

Step 7

Mix the batter until smooth. Now Evenly pour the cake batter into two ramekins.

Step 8

Bake for 12-14 minutes to set the sides and make sure the center remains gooey.

Step 9

Now when they are done, remove cakes from oven and cool them down. Take dessert plates and serve the cake.

Step 10

Now top the cake with strawberry sauce dust with powdered sugar, and serve them warm!
