Sweet And Smooth Apple Barfi

India's rich milk-based dessert is called barfi. A simple treat to prepare is this apple barfi recipe. It is a mouthwatering, post-meal treat that melts in your mouth! The fusion of Apple is delicious.

Ingredients

1 Tbsp(0.48 gm) Ghee 1 Chopped Tbsp(6.0 gm) Apple 1/8 Tsp(0.26 gm) Cinnamon 2 Chopped Tbsp(13.0 gm) Apple 1.5 Tbsp(19.0 gm) Sugar 2 Tbsp(20.0 gm) khoya 1/2 Cup(102.0 ml) Milk

Step 1

Take a pan and heat it on low flame. Add 1.5 tbsp sugar and 1/2 cup milk and stir it well.

Step 2

Mix it well to dissolve the sugar evenly and it becomes slightly thick in consistency.

Step 3

Now add in 2 tbsp khoa,1/8 tsp cinnamon mix them well.Put in 2 tbsp chopped apple as well and mix.

Step 4

Now take a greased Tin Add 1 tbsp chopped apple. Now transfer the barfi and cool.

Step 5

When it’s cooled down, cut down in desired shapes and serve warm or cool.
