Lunch is one of the most important meals of the day and in summers, you need something to cool you down. We have the perfect curd idli recipe for you to do that.
Idli batter Curd Black mustard seeds Curry leaves Red chilli powder Salt Whole red chilli diet
Take your instant idli batter and out them in idli moulds. Steam till they are cooked.
In a pan, put some ghee and add mustard seeds and curry leaves till they splutter.
Add dried red chilli, salt and red chilli powder. Add this to a chilled bowl of curd.
Pour the curd over prepared idlis and enjoy it with sambar.
