Surprise Your Date With This Easy Red Velvet Brownie

Ingredients

1 cup all-purpose flour 1 tsp baking powder 1 cup cocoa powder 2 eggs 1 tbsp red food coloring 1 tsp vanilla extract ¼ tsp ground red pepper ¼ tsp salt ½ cup sour cream 2 cups white sugar ¼ cup softened butter 

Step 1

Take a bowl and whisk flour, baking powder, cocoa powder, red pepper and salt. 

Step 2

In another bowl, beat butter, sugar, eggs, sour cream, red food colouring and vanilla extract. 

Step 3

Add the flour mixture to the cream mixture and combine. Then, pour the batter to a prepared mould. 

Step 4

Bake it in a preheated oven at 175 degrees C for 35 minutes.  

Step 5

Cut in squares or any other shape you like and serve!
