Super Quick Bread Poha For Lazy Sunday

Poha is easy and a favourite breakfast option in every household. This variation of poha is quick, simple and tasty made with bread and spices. Make a delicious meal. Try this recipe and enjoy!

Ingredients

2 Tbsp Oil 1/8 tsp Hing 1 tsp Mustard seeds 5-6 Curry leaves 2 Whole red chillies 1 cups Cookes peas 1/2 cups Peanuts, roasted 1 tsp Turmeric powder 1 tsp Salt 4 nos Bread, chopped 2 Green chillies 1 tbsp Lemon juice 1/2 cups Coriander leaves Dessicated coconut

Step 1

Start this easy recipe by heating a pan on medium flame. Add oil and let it heat, add hing to it.

Step 2

Now stir it . Add mustard seeds and whole red chillies, now wash some curry leaves and add into the mix.

Step 3

Sauté it well let the fusions of spices make a nice aroma. Now add cookies green peas and mix. 

Step 4

Now take desired amount of peanuts and put them in the pan, roast them up until golden brown.

Step 5

Add turmeric to the mixture, and salt as desired. Now cut the bread slices into small cubes and add them.

Step 6

Stir the mixture gently coat the great with ingredients and spices. Toss them up.

Step 7

 Sprinkle some water on top, add lemon juice, green chilli’s and coriander leaves to garnish. Give a toss and serve!
