Super Easy Chicken Chop Suey Recipe To Try At Home

Try this irresistible comfort dish that you will slurp it down in one go! Let the flavours burst in your mouth with crunchy, saucy, tangy and spicy elements.

1 Cup chicken (Cooked and shredded) ½ cup Shredded Capsicum ½ cup Shredded Cabbage ½ cup Shredded Carrots 1/2 cup finely sliced onions 1.5 tbsp finely chopped garlic 2 tbsp oil 200 gms boiled noodles 2 tbsp vinegar 1/2 tsp soya sauce 1 tbsp sugar Salt to taste 2 tbsp corn flour Oil (to deep-fry)

Make the sauce with vinegar, sugar, soya sauce, cornflour and salt. Then add enough water to make the sauce paste.

Heat the oil in a pan and add the onions and garlic. Saute them till they are soft.

Add the cooked chicken, capsicum, cabbage and carrots and stir-fry them over high heat for 2 minutes.

Add the sauce ingredients and bring it to a boil again. Boil it until the gravy becomes thick.

Deep fry the noodles over high heat till golden brown in colour.

Transfer noodles onto a serving plate, pour the chicken sauce mixture over and serve hot! Enjoy!
