Aglio e Olio spaghetti, is a classic Italian pasta dish that features simple yet flavorful ingredients like garlic and olive oil. Here's a simple and quick recipe.
225 grams of spaghetti 4 cloves of garlic 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes Salt and pepper to taste Grated Parmesan cheese Chopped parsley or basil
Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. Reserve about 1/2 cup of the pasta cooking water.
In a pan heat olive,Add the sliced garlic and red pepper flakes. Saute well. Once the spaghetti is cooked, drain it.
Now Toss the spaghetti in the pan, coating it evenly with the garlic-infused oil. To moisten it add pasta water.
Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Toss and garnish with basil. Enjoy!
