Sunday Special  Homemade Mango Ice Cream

Do you want to enjoy juicy mangoes? You can enjoy a creamy and refreshing delight with only a few simple ingredients and minimal effort.

Ingredients

2 cups ripe mangoes 1 cup whole milk 1 cup heavy cream 1/2 cup granulated sugar 1 tsp  vanilla extract

Step 1

Wash and peel the mangoes. In a blender add mangoes and blend until smooth. Now keep it aside.

Step 2

Take a pan and heat milk and sugar stir occasionally to dissolve the sugar. Let it also cool down.

Step 3

Now take a bowl and add mango puree, cooled milk, heavy cream, and vanilla extract. Stir well.

Step 4

Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn accordingly. You can add small mango chunks also.

Step 5

Now once the consistency is reached Cover the container and place it in the freezer for at least 4 hours.

Step 6

When it’ completely freezes just  serve it in a cone or cup. Garnish with mangoes and enjoy!
