Aam Panna, also known as Aam Ka Panna, Aam Jhora, or Kairi Panha, is the ideal drink to rehydrate and refresh yourself during the stiflingly hot Indian summers. made with a variety of Indian spices and green mangoes.
for pressure cooking: 1 raw mango 2 cup water other ingredients: 3 tbsp mint / pudina ¼ cup sugar ½ tsp cardamom powder ½ tsp cumin pwoder ½ tsp pepper powder ¾ tsp salt for serving: few ice cubes cold water
First, place 1 raw mango and 2 cups of water in a pressure cooker; then, cover and cook under pressure for 5 whistles.
Now Peel the mango skin after it has cooled completely, and scrape the flesh to ensure the skin has separated.
Now Add the mango pulp, 3 tbsp mint, and 1/4 cup sugar to a blender. Blend until a smooth paste forms without adding any water.
Add 12 tsp cardamom powder, 12 tsp cumin powder, 12 tsp pepper powder, and 34 tsp salt. Stir well to ensure everything is well combined.
To serve take a glass add one tbsp of aam panna concentrate and add few ice cubes.
Pour in chilled water and stir well, garnish with mint leaves and Enjoy!
