Summer Special: Treat Yourself With Coconut Kulfi

Looking for an easy and refreshing summer dessert? Try this kulfi prepared with the goodness of coconut.

Ingredients

1 L milk 200 g cream 1 cup coconut milk 1 cup sugar 3 tbsp milk powder 2 drops coconut essence

Step 1

Heat the milk till it reduces to half its quantity. Boil for a while and mix sugar till it dissolves. Let it cool.

Step 2

Then add the coconut milk, milk powder and mix it. Then add the coconut essence and cream and stir it for 1 minute.

Step 3

Pour the kulfi mixture in a mould and keep in the freezer for 4 hours. Once set, demould and serve immediately.
