Summer Special Tender Coconut Ice Cream

The texture of Delicate Coconut Ice Cream is incredibly soft and creamy. With the first taste, it simply melts in your mouth. The only ingredient in this ice cream is coconut flesh.

Ingredients

6 servings 1 and 1/2 cup coconut flesh 1/2 cup and 3 teaspoon coconut water 3/4 cup whipping cream 3/4 cup coconut milk 3/4 cup condensed milk

Step 1

In a blender add Coconut meat, tender coconut water, and create a silky paste, combine all the ingredients. Set it apart.

Step 2

Now In a bowl, combine chilled heavy cream and whip it until stiff peaks form. Don't overbeat the cream.

Step 3

Combine The prepared coconut mixture and cream and gently fold. Add the condensed milk to the mixture and stir everything together

Step 4

Last but not least, add the remaining coconut meat and gently fold once more.

Step 5

The ice cream foundation is now prepared. Make sure it is smooth and thick.

Step 6

The last step is to freeze your ice cream foundation for roughly 4-5 hours in a container.

Step 7

Once it’s set remove the ice cream and  scoop  it in a serving bowl or coconut shell. Serve chilled!
