Summer Special- Tangy Kachi Keri Mango Ice Cream

This tasty and tangy kachi Keri ice cream is worth having, it tastes awesome with tanginess of unripe mangoes.

Ingredients

2 Raw Mango 1/2 cup Sugar 2 table spoon water 1 cup Whipping cream(Amul fresh cream 3/4 cup Milk 1 table spoon Corn flour 3-4 drop green color as required Some sprinkle

Step 1

Grab a pan. Add milk and bring to a boil over medium heat. Add the corn flour and whisk continually. Turn off the flame after the milk mixture is thick. Set apart.

Step 2

Cut the kachi Keri into small pieces after peeling. Take a pan now. On a medium flame, combine the water, sugar, and kachi keri.

Step 3

Till the sugar is dissolved and the cook for Keri becomes soft. extinguish the flame. let it to cool.

Step 4

After the Keri mixture has cooled. mixi jar, make a smooth paste. Place the whipped cream in a bowl and blend for 5 to 7 minutes.

Step 5

In the same basin, stir together the milk mixture, Kachi Keri paste, and food colouring.

Step 6

Now refreeze for at least 6 to 8 hours in an airtight container, serve it chilled with sprinklers.
