Strawberry coconut lassi is a refreshing and healthy drink that is perfect for a hot day.
1 cup fresh strawberries 1 cup plain or vanilla yogurt 1/2 cup coconut milk 1 tablespoon honey 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder Ice cubes (optional)
Take a blender and add sliced strawberries, yogurt, coconut milk, honey, and cardamom powder.
Now Blend until it’s smooth and creamy. Add desired amount of ice and blend until smooth and frothy.
Now take a glass and Pour the lassi into glasses you can extra ice cubes as well.
Now garnish with sliced strawberries and a sprinkle of cardamom powder on top.
Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious and healthy strawberry coconut lassi!
