Mangoes are in the market, and it is time to use them in the kitchen in every way known to humans. A mango salad is a refreshing dish that can accompany any meal and has a cooling effect on your body. Check out the recipe!
¼ cup chopped onions 1 cup chopped mangoes 2 tsp sugar/ jaggery ½ tsp red chilli powder 1 tbsp coriander leaves Salt to taste ½ tsp roasted cumin powder
Rinse the mangoes and pat them dry with a kitchen towel, and peel off their skins.
Sprinkle salt, red chilli powder, and cumin powder. Toss the ingredients in a bowl.
Add jaggery to the bowl and mix everything together. Cover and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Once the mangoes leave moisture, garnish with coriander leaves.
Serve the salad fresh to add a fruity touch to your meals.
