2 raw mangoes 1 cup or more jaggery 1/4 cup mint leaves Pinch of cardamom powder 1 tsp black salt/chaat masala 1 tsp roasted jeera powder 1 tsp red chilli powder
Boil raw mangoes. Let it cool. Peel the skin and squeeze out the pulp.
Add mango pulp, jaggery, mint leaves, jeera powder, cardamom powder, chaat masala to the mixie jar and grind to paste.
Remove in a vessel and add water according to consistency.
