Summers without mangoes are like a day without the sun or a rainy season without high tides in the ocean. The king of fruits is often used in the kitchen to prepare desserts, but it is an exceptional ingredient to prepare a hearty bowl of salad. Try this recipe.
1 tbsp sliced jalapeno 3 medium mangoes ¼ medium onion ½ cup peanuts 1 red bell pepper ½ cup basil ½ cup coriander 1 tbsp mint ¼ tsp ginger, salt, honey 1 tbsp avocado oil 2 tbsp lemon juice 1 tbsp tamarind
Take a small ball and whisk tamarind pulp, lemon juice, and avocado oil.
Top it with ginger, salt, and honey. Keep the dressing aside.
Thinly slice jalapenos, onion, mangoes, and bell pepper.
Toast peanuts and crush them. Add them to the mango blend.
Add roughly chopped greens to the salad. Sprinkle some salt.
Pour the dressing and toss the ingredients. Your salad is ready.
