Among summer fruits, raw papaya can be used to make a delicious and cooling bowl salad. It is a perfect dish for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. If you don’t want to cook in the boiling kitchen, you can try this salad.
250 gm raw papaya 1 small cucumber 1 small carrot 1 small tomato chopped 2 long slices of grated raw coconut Salt to taste
2 tablespoons of lemon juice 2 tablespoons honey Black salt to taste Rock salt to taste 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder 1 teaspoon roasted cumin powder 1 teaspoon chaat masala 1 tablespoon white sesame seeds 1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder 1 teaspoon dry mint 1 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves
Wash and peel the papaya, carrot, and cucumber. Keep it aside.
Chop tomatoes and grate coconut in a bowl and toss them with papaya and other vegetables.
In a jar, add all the ingredients for dressing and mix them well. Keep them aside for a while.
Add dressing over the raw papaya and other ingredients in the bowl. Toss them together.
Serve the salad immediately. You can also add fresh cream, curd, or mayonnaise at this stage.
