Ditch the artificial colouring and preservative-loaded commercial popsicles to make easy and zesty lemonade popsicles at home. The process of making these is also a fun kitchen activity you can engage in, with your kids and enjoy the ‘fruits’ of your labour – quite literally!

1.5 cups water ¼ cup honey Juice of 2 whole lemons 8-10 blueberries 4 kiwi slices

Combine the honey, water and lemon juice in a jar and mix thoroughly.

Pour into clean popsicle moulds and gently drop a few blueberries into each one.

Add a slice of kiwi as well, before you place the wooden sticks and allow it to sit in the freezer for a minimum of 8-10 hours or overnight.

Unmould the popsicles and store in a freezer safe bag if not eating immediately.
