4 bell hollowed peppers 1 cup cooked rice 1/2 cup grated cheese (cheddar or mozzarella) 1/4 cup chopped onion 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper 1 clove garlic 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 1/4 cup marinara sauce
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Sauté onion, bell pepper, and garlic until softened.
Combine cooked rice, sautéed vegetables, cheese, oregano, and black pepper.
Fill the bell pepper halves with the rice mixture.
Pour a spoonful of marinara sauce over each stuffed pepper.
Place the stuffed peppers in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes.
