Follow these tips to make soft and fluffy parathas.
If you are using vegetables for filling, make sure it is dried properly. You can also mash and fry it in a pan to dry it.
The dough of paratha must be kneaded with a little less water as compared to roti. Use lukewarm water for better result.
While making paratha, mix salt in the flour itself and keep the quantity of salt less in the stuffing. As it releases water and the stuffing can come out while cooking.
While stuffing the dough, apply flour on both the sides, this will prevent the veggies from coming out.
Add some fresh yogurt to the flour while kneading to make your parathas soft and fluffy.
