Craving street-style Singapuri noodles as the cool breeze of winter approaches? This spicy, flavour-packed dish is perfect for satisfying cravings, offering a delicious medley of veggies, noodles, and bold spices.
200g nooles (boiled) 1 onion, sliced 1 capsicum, sliced 1 carrot, julienned 2 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp chilli sauce 1 tsp vinegar 1 tsp black pepper Salt to taste 2 tbsp oil Spring onions for garnish
Heat oil in a pan, sauté onions, capsicum, and carrots until tender. Add soy sauce, chilli sauce, vinegar, salt, and pepper; stir well.
Toss in the boiled noodles, mixing thoroughly to coat them in the sauce.
Cook for 2-3 minutes on medium heat, allowing the flavours to meld. Garnish with spring onions and serve hot.
