Enjoy the flavours of street-style chicken tikka rolls at home. This recipe blends tender chicken tikka with veggies and sauce, wrapped in roti for a satisfying street-style treat.
500g boneless chicken, cubed 1 cup yoghurt 2 tablespoons of ginger-garlic paste 1 tablespoon of lemon juice 1 teaspoon red chilly powder 1 teaspoon turmeric powder 1 teaspoon garam masala Salt to taste 4-6 rotis or parathas Sliced onions, tomatoes, and cucumber Mint and/or tamarind chutney
Mix yoghurt, spices, and lemon juice; add chicken cubes; and marinate the chicken for 1 hour.
Heat a grill pan and thread the chicken onto a skewer. Grill for 8–10 minutes until cooked.
Heat on the griddle until pliable.
Place the roti, arrange a few chickens with veggies, and top it with mint chutney.
Fold sides and roll tightly into a wrap.
Cut and enjoy the burst of flavours in every bite.
