Indian street food is famous all over theworld for being delicious. We often have Desi Chinese on the streets and try hard to replicate the taste in our kitchens. Here are some tips to get street style chilli chicken right in your home!
Coat your chicken pieces with a little rice flour along with corn flour. They come out crispy.
While making the chilli gravy, combine the sauces in a bowl, add a little cornflour and water. This slurry make the gravy thick.
Marinate your chicken with vinegar and soy sauce for the pieces to soak in the flavours.
In the oil, first add a pinch of sugar. It improves the flavour and the colour.
Add a lot of garlic. It brings all the flavour and taste to the dish. While frying veggies, do it on high flame to make them crunchy.
