Yoghurt barks are healthy summer desserts that come together fairly quickly and require just a few staple ingredients. This version adds strawberry to the mix, making it more flavourful and refreshing. Here's a recipe to try:
2 cups Greek yoghurt 2 tablespoons of honey or maple syrup 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract 1 cup of strawberries
Blend honey, vanilla essence, and Greek yoghurt in a bowl until smooth.
Evenly spread the yoghurt mixture onto a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
Distribute the cut strawberries evenly throughout the yoghurt.
Freeze until totally solid, about 2 to 3 hours. Split apart and savour.
