Methi is everywhere during the winter season. It can be used to make several dishes. Let us look at easy steps to make methi ka thepla to enjoy this winters.
Chop methi leaves finely and keep them aside.
In a mixing bowl, add besan, aata, bajre ka aata, jowar aata. Now add powdered spices of your choice along with methi leaves.
Make the dough soft with yogurt and very little water. Now make small balls with the doughs.
Make very thin theplas with those balls using a rolling pin. Heat up a tawa.
Cook the theplas first without ghee, then with some ghee on both sides. Serve with dahi.
