Take some wing pieces and marinate them with salt, paprika, pepper, hot sauce and lime juice.
Prepare two layers of coating - one with eggs and one with bread crumb.
After 3-4 hours, take out the marinated chicken and get it to room temperature.
Dip the chicken wings in eggs first and then in the bread crumbs. Coat them completely.
Heat up refined oil and deep fry the chicken pieces. Serve with mayonnaise and hot sauce.
