4 eggs Chopped veggies of your choice Butter Grated Cheese Salt and pepper as required
Chop required veggies like mushrooms, tomatoes and onions. Take 4 eggs and whisk them properly.
In a pan, heat up the butter and saute your veggies with salt and pepper.
After they are cooked, add the whisked eggs. Flip the omelette once its cooked from one side.
Pour grated cheese on one side and cover it completely. Fold the omelette into half and your cheesy omelette is ready.
