You need boiled pasta, pasta water, milk, butter, garlic, maida, cheese, chilli flakes and oregano to make this simple recipe.
In a pan, heat up the butter and add chopped garlic to it.
When the garlic turnes golden, add a tbsp of maida and roast it. Add milk when the maida is cooked.
When the milk thickens, add the boiled pasta and half a cup of pasta water.
Now, grate the cheese and add it to your pasta.See if the sauce is creamy enough.
Finally, add the oregano and chilli flakes. Serve it hot and enjoy.
