Curd is a mode of respite for us in the seething hot weather. It is the time when we should consume it. Here is a simple vegetable raita, which is a great way to incorporate dahi in your diet.
Curd Diced cucumber Diced onions Diced Tomato 3-5 chopped green chillies Diced turnip Black salt Pepper Red chilli powder
In a mixing bowl, put curd and add a little water. Lightly beat both together.
Add the diced veggies to the curd and gently give it a mix.
Put in all the powdered spices and adjust the consistency of the raita. It is ready to serve.
