In a pressure cooker, add ghee and put a pinch of sugar. Fry your sliced onions till they are golden.
Add your curd, salt and turmeric marinated chicken. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for 10 minutes.
Put in cumin, coriander ad paprika powder and cook for another 15 minutes.
Add your basmati rice and gram masala. After cooking for 5 minutes, add water.
Cook till 3 whistles on low flame. Serve your pulao with raita and salad.
