Steps To Make Delicious Aloo Ke Parathe

If there was one dish that we could call the national breakfast of India - it is aloo ka paratha. Let us look at steps to make it. 

Step 1

Boil some potatoes and add finely chopped onions, chillies and spices to it. Mash them together.

Step 2

Knead your dough with ghee, salt and warm water. Make it soft but firm.

Step 3

Make small pieces of the dough and fill them completely with the mashed potatoes.

Step 4

Next, roll the paratha on a rolling pin with dry wheat flour. Heat a tawa and add ghee.

Step 5

Cook your paratha till golden on both sides. Serve it with raita.
