Ingredients

2 cups poha 1 large onion, finely chopped 1 tomato, finely chopped 2-3 green chilies, finely chopped 8-10 curry leaves 2 tablespoons peanuts 1 teaspoon mustard seeds 1 teaspoon cumin seeds 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder 1 tablespoon oil 1 tablespoon lemon juice Salt to taste Sugar to taste Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Step 1

Rinse the poha under water, Drain and let it soften. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and curry leaves.Add peanuts to the pan and sauté.

Step 2

Add chopped onions, green chillies, chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften. Sprinkle turmeric powder, salt, and sugar over the mixture and mix well.

Step 3

Add poha to the pan and gently mix everything. Cook for a few minutes until the poha is heated. Turn off the heat and drizzle lemon juice. Garnish with dhaniya leaves.
