Take your fish pieces and marinate it with salt and turmeric.
In a pan, heat some mustard oil.
Put your fish pieces in the pan one by one. First cook on a high flame, then on medium.
Fry the fish till both sides are brown and crispy. Take the fries fish out and separate the excess oil with tissues.
Serve your maach bhaha with rice or some kasundi and enjoy.
