In a large bowl, add puffed rice and a little mustard oil.
Add the chopped veggies of your choice like onions, chillies, tomatoes and cucumber.
Add some roasted peanuts and spices like salt, pepper, roasted dhaniya-jeera powder and chat masala.
Put in some chopped dhaniya leaves, add namkeen and squeeze a lemon. Mix well. Your street style jhal muri is ready.
