Banana bread is a classic that has withstood the test of time. Be it for breakfast, afternoon, evening snacks, or a light dessert, banana bread can be enjoyed at all times. Here’s how you can make it at home.
Bananas - 3 Egg - 1 Maida - 1.5 cups Powdered sugar - 3/4 cup Butter - 1/3 cup Baking soda - 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon Chopped walnuts - 1/2 cup Chocolate chips - 1/2 cup Raisins - 1/2 cup Nutmeg - 1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon - 1/4 teaspoon Salt
Take the fresh bananas, mash them, and mix them with butter.
In another bowl, mix the dry ingredients - maida, baking soda, sugar, and salt.
Mix in the wet ingredients like eggs and vanilla extract.
Add the chopped walnuts, chocolate chips, and raisins and fold them in the batter.
Preheat the oven and then bake the banana bread.
After baking, let it cool before slicing and relishing.
