Add jaggery to desiccated coconut and cook it for 7-8 mins. Keep it aside to cool.
Make a soft dough with rice flour and lukewarm water. Make small puris with it and stuff with coconut filling.
In a pan, heat up full cream milk and boil till it becomes creamy. Add the prepared puli to it.
Reduce he milk to half and add some cardamom powder to it.
Turn off the gas and add jaggery or nolen gur to the milk. Mix it well and serve hot.
