You must have seen several videos on Instagram in which seasoned chefs work with different kinds of doughs to prepare delicious and soft noodles. If you are looking for healthier alternatives to atta and maida, here is your guide to making ragi noodles at home.
1 tsp oil 1 cup ragi flour 1 tsp salt 1.5 cups water
Take a heavy bottom pan and heat water, oil, and salt in it. Bring it to a boil.
Take a tablespoon of water and mix a teaspoon of ragi flour in it.
After a couple of minutes, add the remaining rag flour. Add the spatula and put on the lid.
Once the mixture thickens, switch off the flame and let the ingredients cool off. Knead a soft dough with it.
Take a chakli maker and pass the dough through it in the shape of noodles.
You can add these noodles directly to boiling water or let them air dry and store them in an airtight container.
