Many people experience an allergy to gluten. Therefore, they cannot eat regular bread made from wheat and all-purpose flour. Here is how to make millet bread at home.
1 cup millet flour 1 cup water A pinch of salt 2 tbsp psyllium husk 1 tsp sugar 1 tbsp vinegar 1 tsp yeast
Add sugar and yeast to warm water and cover it. Let the yeast activate.
Add it to the flour along with other ingredients and water.
Line a baking tray or mould with parchment paper.
Mix psyllium gel with dough and transfer everything to the mould.
Bake the dough for 1.5 hours at 175°C or until the dough rises.
Transfer the loaf to the kitchen counter and cut it into even slices.
